Join the Mission of Preservation and Beautification

Saint Kateri Memorial Shrine

Marie Barbera, a well known artist who also sculpted the Miami Indian brave for the City of Miamisburg, shown here creating the statue of Saint Kateri.

The gardens and statuary at Calvary Cemetery under our stewardship have served to inspire many generations. We value that duty and make it an essential part of our mission and commitment to the future. Because many have expressed their desire to participate in this mission, The Board of Trustees has established funds at The Dayton Foundation to provide a way for individuals to make donations for this purpose.

What is The Dayton Foundation?

The Dayton Foundation is a community foundation that has been helping people help others in the Greater Dayton Region since 1921.

They provide the services, resources, support and counsel to help individuals achieve their charitable giving goals; they assist other nonprofits by funding important initiatives and offering our expertise to help them operate more effectively; and they’re helping build a better Dayton by identifying important issues and bringing together the people and organizations who can solve them.

Whether you are an individual, financial advisor, nonprofit organization or someone wanting to make a difference, The Dayton Foundation can help you help others.
